1 General Terms & Conditions Explained

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the TK88 platform and all of its services. "TK88", "we", and "us" refer to the organization operating the platform. "You" and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

7 Gaming Policy & Fairness

10 Account Suspension & Closure

You may request to close your TK88 account at any time. TK88 may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification failed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 24 months).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the designated process, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a terms violation.

11 Limitation of Liability

TK88 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• When a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks).

Any dispute or complaint will first be addressed through TK88's support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be handled through arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
